Because of the great improvement on the inner structure, the heat exchanger's all performance index is increased.The Threaded pipe heat exchanger has the stated water storage, and is widely used in the supply system of domestic hot water in the civil and industrial buildings like hotels, restaurants, organs, schools, hospitals, factories,mines and so on.The heat exchange component is made of stainless steel or red copper threaded pipe, the body 's material is carbon steel or stainless steel, may choose carbon steel with copperplate as inner liner or stainless steel plate, etc.The hot mediator is steam or high-temperature water, and the shell side's working pressure includes three grades: 0.6Mpa~1.0Mpa and 1.6Mpa.To prevent the equipment's operating under the hyperpressure condition, the displacement heat exchanger must setup the safety-insurance measures. There are many kinds of plans ready for choosing. We recommend you install the safety valves on the top of the heat exchanger; it will be economic, safe and do not need extra space.In order to control the outlet water's temperature to be in the requirement's scope, it is left an interface for the temperature sensor on the body close to heated water outlet, to control the hot mediator's flow rate effectively.The series of heat exchanger has complete types and many specifications, the following performance parameter and specification list of the catalogue is made out on the basis of regular parameter, we can also design the exchanger specially with different volume, working pressure, heat transfer area and quantity as per the user's requirement.
